Treating Periodontal Disease

This disease process is treatable and can be managed by having a deep cleaning done by your dental hygienist. This procedure is performed using a numbing gel and having your hygienist remove the bacteria that surround the root surfaces and lead to bone loss around the teeth. Once performed the dentist will place you on a 3 or 4 maintenance cleaning schedule to help reduce the risk of the disease progressing any further.

If you’ve been noticing soreness, pain, or anything else making your teeth and mouth uncomfortable, don’t hesitate to give us a call and schedule an appointment. Reach out to our office by calling 260-432-8700 at your earliest convenience!
